On the back of that nothingness of a Quarterly Activities Report for March, I can't beleive the audacity of re-nominating as a Director here.
A conscientious Director might take the view of it being time to make way for soemone else and provide an opportunity for them to do better for shareholders, OR the company itself could simply undertake a review and land on revising the Board from 4 positions down to 3 positions during this pre-funding and pre-development period.
It's going to be NO to all of the votes here from me.
