I plan to vote down a few of them
Resolution 1 - Adoption of Remuneration Report: voting No - purely strategic to see if the first of two consective votes against this can get up and put the board on notice
Resolution 2 - re-election of Director Ugo Cario: voting No - time to reduce the board from 4 to 3 and save 25% on Director fees - the lack of prgress does not justify to extension of this position, especially a non-Executive role for which we see no demonstration of contribution towards any thing being achieved.
Resolution 3 - Approval of the Employee Performance Rights: voting No - this is essentially for James in the main part, James who presided over the operations of the DR project and redosited tailings back into the very tailings dam being 'mined' - James has been the most invisible CEO I can ever expect there to be in a public company, and I can only recall one very awkward youtube appearance a couple of years ago now which seems to be no longer be out there (please share if you find it) - the few questions I have sought answers from James on have been poorly answered demonstrating a low understanding in my opinion, and a number have simply gone unanswered - James gets paid more than enough for what the cmpany isn't achieveing at this point - fundamentally Performance Right should see actual performance as actions and not just words
