Here we go again with the long term zepos and short term incentive plan. Who remembers the last time they didn’t meet the targets and the they put out an announcement (can’t remember who on the board it was) that said effectively words to the effect, “that because management didn’t meet the requirements they were going to find another way to issue them millions of free zepos and shares because they deserved it for trying.” I mean WTF. Now again, a fairly low standard set. They have already achieved most of what they have outlined especially what I’ve circled in red. I assume they must be close to achieving what I have circled in yellow, although again very vague. What’s a value added outcome? Getting a higher valuation because Iron Ore goes up? Not saying they aren’t getting the job done, but if I had participated in the last Cap Raise at 70c and the directors were asking for a hand out at 40c I’d be pretty pissed off. Poor form IMO.
