As far as I can recall, MK only barely survived the last time he was up for reelection.

I wonder how he (and the other board members) think the vote will go this time?

I find it difficult to wrap my head around the board’s recommendation that he be reelected when you consider the company’s abysmal performance - which in large part, occurred on his watch.
