Okay, so based on this:
1. The company wanted to utilise the 10% raising capacity ahead of AGM approval.
2. Directors and management think conoany is cheap and are attempting to prevent a proportional takeover bid.
3. 1 and 2 contradict each other in a way - they think it's cheap but raised anyway - which makes me conclude that the raising was to existing shareholders or their affiliated interests.
4. Speculative, but potentially they already know or at least suspect on good information what's in drill hole #4.
