Why hasn't this Visby made a bidding offer then?
This guys are all amateurs at best. LCL needs funds now... not at gold pour (at least 3 years from now)
Updated offer should be made for an upfront payment of $15M plus roylaty... plus extra $1M for every 500koz of new resource found.
A real offer would be for a real explorer developer to come and bid for the whole lot. at 3c.
