Visby definitely has the cash. Visby has made over 3 binding offers - management has ignored and not shown to shareholders. Visby has complained to the ASX on multiple occasions and encourages all shareholders to verify this and to complain themselves to LCL Resources designated ASX Officer. ( I have its true). Visby has made Binding Offers since December (but LCL shoots them down, and Tiger can't compete - hence, the issues). This is not Visby, its the corrupt LCL Management and Tiger behind closed doors - its the only real explanation!
