As mentioned, Visby has in country experience and bult some of the largest mines in country of Colombia from inception. Tiger has never built a mine and their team are all business development people (some behind the scenes from the cannabis/bitcoin industry). Clear stock pumpers not builders.
Note, this asset is not YET capable to be looked at by a major... due to the in country hurdles that anyone who has worked there will appreciate. The asset though management does not discuss it is not truly licensed it has indigenous issues, it needs a "consulta previa" ( a social license). LCL and the several companies before it like, Metminco etc ... were never able to get it! Because they dont know what they're doing in country! Without this, this project will never advance and majors like Anglo who has +20m ounce deposits like La Collouasa will never be able to take it into production ... and they spend $100m a year in care and maintenance mode .... Tiger will never advance this. Hence, the gold pour payment and NSR are worthless while evaluating. They are paying $1m for an option. Its a joke!
