Because you're not built that way - like most of us.... It clearly is a case of greed, and management getting a better personal deal for themselves and lining their pockets with Tiger. They can do this several ways via offshore holding companies/contracts and feel they will never be caught. We must hold them accountable and say No to the vote. If they don't pass this again, they will have no choice but to resign and then perhaps a fair process can happen. Also, all should feel compelled to complain to LCL resources dedicated ASX Listing Officer about whats going on. It's brutally obvious.
