Visby and its team purposely keep a low profile. They have significant backing locally and from prominent hedge funds and family offices in the USA. For this reason, their operations are privately held. One of their assets they took into production is called Touchstone Gold, it obtained the first open pit gold mining license and is a top 5 gold producer in Colombia and had around 500 employees. This asset is adjacent to Aris Mining aka Gran Colombia located in Segovia thats producing close to 300,000 ounces annually. They also have a track record of leading a 10m ounce deposit through a large scale drilling campaign that was formally known as Sunward Resources, it hit a circa $400m market cap at its peak in 2018, amongst many other plays and assets in country. They have the knowledge and political contacts to get things done which many majors have not been able to do.
