Seems pretty unlikely. Google Visby and nothing comes up except some BVI corp. Not website, no team, no history, and now some mention of another company called Touchstone....which seems like the actual company who may have done some mining in Colombia. Not Visby.
If there was such a good offer here and a prominent team with experience, why can't anyone find anything on the company?
