@NorthernMarkets ... thanks for sharing the Tiger website .... One must be wary when these are put together. I find many holes on their website and as it pertains to potentially misleading statements. However, the most obvious is none of the Senior Team have any Colombia experience, and zero operational experience just Business Development and IR. Their Board are all questionable with the exception of the geologist has some relevant experience - but he is an Advisor and not 100% dedicated. However, my favorite part of it proves my exact point .... Tiger spelt Colombia wrong on their website you provided: (using COLUMBIA) - this says a lot to me!!
Also, find it pretty lame that their touting on their website a deal that they clearly havent raised the money for - nor do they actually have the deal unless Shareholders vote in favor of it at the AGM in June. Why do they feel so confident they have the deal when 84% turned it down at the last vote? Their offer is the same as last time, it's an option for AUD$ 1M (thats all they have), but it has been optically made to look like AUD$14m - it is not. It's an AUD$1m option. Vote NO on the Tiger Vote.
