    True it is no where near a $14m deal. At best $7.5m in 12 months otherwise LCL will claw back the project. It only becomes a $14m deal once first gold is produced.

    It is very fishy with out of no where a magical increase of 40% ballon payment for a total deal value of $14m

    I reckon there is something these guys not telling us as why would you increase the ballon payment without discussing the reasoning behind it.... Stay tuned. SH still have the power to VETO the deal. by voting NO
