Visby's offer is the only real offer. Management are not showing it to shareholders because of their misalignment with Tiger. Tiger has had 9 months to raise money yet can still only get AUD$1m together for their first payment and it's only an option to buy. They do not have the money, nor the team, or skills to raise the other money in 8 months. That coupled with Colombia is a very difficult market to raise for at the moment. Visby has the money and is the only true offer - it is not an option. Complain to the ASX about how management never released Visby's offer and push other shareholders to vote NO to Tiger on the vote, or everyone will lose the time to advance LCL. The sad thing too is, because of Management's misalignment if Tiger were to get the deal - they would keep cutting them breaks to try to raise the money... because if they dont managements pockets dont get lined and they know if Tiger fails they'll be out of their cushy jobs.
