Just took a call from a company representing the LCL Board of Directors reminding me about the upcoming AGM, the resolution regarding the sale of the Columbian Assets to Tiger and whether I wished to provide an indication of how I intend to vote my holdings which I declined to provide....
Is the board scared that the deal won't get accross the line a second time???
What is it that the board is not disclosing?
Who authorised the company to use SH money to ring SH and ask them for their opinions on this matter?
Has anyone else had the pleasure of receiving a call.
