I think majority of key shareholders are going to vote for the deal.
A proof of that is major shareholders already agreed with the deal. and gave their commitment to vote for it. They are notr silly or ill informed. They are making a rational decision because they want a return on their investment.
I think most shareholders would have to talk to management and try to find answers they seek... unfortunately the deal on the table is the only deal LCL attracted.
Accept the deal and get $7.5M cash this year or run the risk of raising cash at God knows what price?
I know what option is chose... I want the deal done and the company capable of doing something to grab market attention for a rerate.
