    Yes, he is ... they purposely made all their announcements vague and misleading.

    The Tiger offer is not binding, it's dependent on Shareholder approval.

    The Tiger offer is AUD$1m and is an option (with another payment due at month 8 then month 12) - there is no guarantee Tiger has the money.

    Versus

    Visby has the money and is offer $7.5m upfront its not an option. Then another $7.5m at gold pour + 1% ... Visby has in country expertise building a large scale open pit mine. Tiger has no in country expertise or operational expertise - they are stock pumpers.

    Vote no on Tiger and hold the LCL Board accountable!
