you would think a raise at 0.012 would mean significant improvements to business.. would be happy with that.. I mean the bar is low and RFN has a solid investment...
havent had time to read but did not a convertible loan and that sounded terrible .... just consider it raising shares at another discount,,,,
Id expect very solid detailed work to come out between now and agm which should lift SP otherwise most of these resolutions have the significant chance of not going ahead
