i would purport that Zhenya's shares are a part of the problem. we will struggle to get fund/insto support while his name is still associated with the company and such a large % of the company's shares are in a state of limbo (e.g., what happens if he is found guilty in the U.S.?)
other company he was involved in did the right thing and moved to get him off the register asap
