not sure 30c is sufficient for me to vote for any share rights. held these for a lot of years watching them go backwards year after year. I still believe in the companies potential, but failing to see it materialise. I like all long term holders are losing bigtime. I don't think it appropriate that they give themselves a few million shares at stuff all cost, primarily due to the fact they have done nothing for so long that any sort of progress is likely to result in a significant price increase and hence a major bonus for them, while long term shareholders are still way behind.
