Which suggests that they held off withdrawing the resolution until the eve of the AGM because they considered it within the bounds of possibility that the market cap would drop below $300 mil AUD.
Which to be fair, is prudent: after all if the ASX crashes, or if the sector crashes, or if Anteris crashes, and sub-300 becomes applicable, then having that Cap-raise provision would be a useful option.
But considering the performance of the share price over the last month, just adds to my sense of doom after gloom.
I'm expecting another sell-off after or during the AGM. Whoever's selling will keep shaking the tree even if a rabbit does pop out of a hat.
