Pay rises and share bonuses etc should only be granted when the company has increase the share price over the full 12 months and it has been substained for the full period.
Why is it that management always increase there performance options and pay increases and the shareholders that put their money up front dont get the same percentage on the share price?
Im voting no to everything as well yuyu.
