Cogs below from the notice:
"the 10% Placement Period up to 12 months after the Meeting, without subsequent Shareholder approval and without using the Company’s 15% placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1."
they are asking our permission to have an ability to issue 10 pct of totall equity when they can almost by default issue 15 without asking but will not.
