Fear not Paul12 ! At this stage all they are doing is proposing to put a facility in place. Nothing market sensitive at all about it. Many companies do it all the time. Permission to issue shares.

But my logic is that if they are expecting big Cash from Vale, why bother???

OK, so NO cash from Vale but they want to issue shares. Hmm....

I can only conclude one thing :)

Yeah guys, it is fun isn't it.

No wonder the SP is sneaking up. And so it should!!!

So Vale announcement will be before AGM and after now, so people will know soon WHY they want this placement facility.

Looks like things might be pretty well finalised.
