    I don't think they will issue any shares. spend their $40mill and use $40mill from the banks. Already have in place unused credit from Deutche due to CRC take over. So far $20mill spent on Dargues, yet our bank balance has only dropped $13mill since they started....profits from Henty alleviating this.
