gotta agree with all here. imo, this deal earns no brownie points for the small shareholders as it stands. looks a bit like someone moving into get the cash on the cheap for a venture with risks. sold most but got left with a few, so have little to lose but not much to look forward to really. whatever, will stay in touch and watch closely. if it all goes sour then someone has a million bucks and it aint 40.
