The share giveaway to management is so over the top, it takes your breath away.
But why put forward such a ludicrous proposal?
Sure, they get a free kick on any upside over 0.5c.
Who in their right mind would actually expect that to happen?

Especially them , if they just plan to mine shareholder value.
Unless they know something that we dont, Laos maybe?
If that were the case, then a capital raising not in their personal interest yet.

For the first time in years, I'm finding ORD puzzling.
If I make the assumption with this lot, that anything they do is for their benefit, just struggle to see how they plan to make money from their free shares, without sharing the gains with other share holders.

The rights issue by itself is easy, jobs continue.
It's the combination of the 2 proposals , with the timing, that I cant work out.
