wow have never seen anything so ridiculous. the company is going to increase number of shares from current 426 million to nearly 5.3 billion!!!
at least when Dilato controls 83% of this company then they could look at replacing the board.
doesn't look as if they had much of anything in all their technology anyway.
I think it would be preferable to see this company put into administration.
what a lot of money was wasted on salaries over past few years.
good riddance.
