IMO Vietnam is a clear favorite for them to do another venture.
Govt is already in partnership with them
Possible lifting of Local ban of gambling
Cheap overheads
Established Local Management
Location it relation to China - either near boarder or 1 of the 3 international airports "i vote for DaNang as its goign gang busters"....
Only downside is if China starts to play games again - but my thought on that are well known.
