"Interests of the Directors
Kon Tsiakis is a shareholder and one of two Directors of Nooava Pty Ltd (Nooava).
Nooava is a trustee company for the Tsiakis Family Trust of which Mr Tsiakis is one of
the beneficiaries. Nooava in its capacity as a trustee for the Tsiakis Family Trust holds
8,365,921 shares directly in the Company. Nooava is also a 8.54% shareholder of
TheChairmen1 Pty Ltd and a 7.09% shareholder of C1 Commodities Pte Ltd, both of
whom are shareholders of the Company, holding 81,435,600 and 100,000,000 shares in
the Company respectively as at the date of this Notice. "
