Appreciate Ryan's response and clarity. This is not about Ryan, its about AVQ moving from explorer to miner, have a better environment for off shore institutional fund managers, to stage approach, establishing a profitable mine and to begin damages claim protocols against SMM which WILL benefit all SH.
Due to my respect to the AVQ management and Ryan's quick response, sincerity and integrity in his post, the above is all I will post on the resolution matter.
Please do proper research with due diligence.

Rusty, do you mind sharing their response on why the need to be able to issue another 4b shares if mining is commencing at the end of the year? I'm yet to receive a response.
