    You seem very well informed and well educated,could you please explain to us mere mortals why consolidation and and pay rise should go ahead before appeal is out of the way and why should we vote yes to this? because you could do all the research in the world but the SP doesn't lie and at nearly all time lows surely you can understand why share holders are suspicious.
