If what you are saying is correct then we are expecting Anitua to vote Yes to these resolutions and they already have around 6% of the shares on issue. Would all of us small investors be able to make any difference? I assume that most of the small investors might own around 1m plus of shares...but would that be enough?

Just wondering whether it is possible to acquire enough votes to prevent this from happening?
