Anitua can not vote on the resolution as they are named as a party to the subscription to get shares
so yes if the majority of share holders Vote no what can they lose nothing the status quo remains
if we vote yes and the share price stays below 1 cent we will have our holdings decimated .then if ANITUA OR ANY OTHER SO CALLED investor comes along they will buy in and get between 10% and 15% discount on the share price after its been consolidated. as it is Anitua hold 6.9% everyone needs to understand this no one is looking out for share holder value RM or the CM have never done anything to help us shareholders they have a few insiders on sites like this trying to discredit any news that tells share holders what is really going on and if im wrong then where would it hurt us share holders to vote no fancy suggesting we have to many shares on our books they say that because share holder own them ...so reduce that then the hypocrites then want to increase the base to 8 billion shares well if 3.6 owned shares is to much then why on gods earth do they want us to vote to reduce ours and vote to increase what they can give out .....if people keep selling off and spruiking a yes vote soon their will be nothing to divide by 15 ......HOLD YOUR STOCK AND VOTE NO..
