Wow the board didn't miss out if approved by Sh. Performance rights 11,500,000 for picking SE asetts & All sh get 61% dilution . If coal prices remain competitive this will work but if it tanks lookout below. Coal prices remain high who knows get these mines up n running & a take over could prevail but until then enjoy the ride & make some money
