Agree pfuz, but just because everyone else is doing it doesn't make it right!
I believe, based on the current THX sp and recent results (remember Red Bore...???), that a message needs to be sent to m'ment and the board, that results are critical and that holders will not just arbitrarily authorise an AGM Resolution to issue more shares, which will simply dilute current holders.
The Additional 10% Placement Capacity, no problem. But an additional 50mil on top of that for the directors to sell at their whim?
I believe i would not be the only holder who would prefer to say to the THX m'ment and board - "OK THX. I'll vote for that but ONLY if you show me some real sp performance BEFOREHAND and THEN i'll vote for your resolution.
Oh, and remember, just how long ago was the last cap raising.......?????
