    Its not asking for 10pc. All companies can do 15pc placement according to listing rule 7.1.

    However listing rule 7.1a says companies can apply to shareholders at agm to do an extra 10pc, and this is what they are asking for. Ie the ability to do a 25pc placement.

    Its confusing for those who arent aware...
