My understanding is the performance share plan expires end of the year. So accordingly nothing to be replaced. If they want future benefits, raise it at that time and seek approval. I.e.no blanket approval which is the case if wrap all into one non-metricised 'plan'. Further, I don't even think it is covered by the act in regards to director performance...
