Absolutely. I want to know in very clear words:
(1) how many shares can be issued each year under the plan (is there a cap?);
(2) who they can be issued (is there a cap depending on person/role?);
(3) on what basis will they be issued?
If these matters are all discretionary, I have concerns. Are we giving away 1,000,000 shares a year or 30,000,000? I really would like to know in no uncertain terms.
