Oh dear they are in for another fight.
As if the past years incentive plan missed by 95% wasn't enough of an incentive? Then what would be an incentive for the board to actually contribute - fear of losing their jobs? Since obviously nothing else seems to work. Looks like they have learnt nothing from the past years and large volume of communication from holders to the company. Would have expected the new plan to be immediately available given they have had 3 years to think about it! Unacceptable.
