The CR is interesting, the fact that they are aiming to raise more than the entire market cap means they must be very confident in rolling out additional PV installations with SCA or perhaps several new PV installations from PIVO. Time will tell if this CR happens though

The main thing to keep in mind here if they where to raise this money is that majority of this raised capital will help to bolster our asset base as opposed to working capital for wages. For the company to target such a large sum of money they must be confident they can raise it or have had interest from investors.

This capital could help re rate the business significantly by growing our asset base much faster and piggy backing the recent 10m debt facility to maximise returns for shareholders in a relatively short time frame. With the company aiming/looking to have positive earnings on a run basis of (EBITDA) in 2018 I look forward to seeing how this all plays out.
