    Placement shares issued at 75% of VWAP during a specified trading period.

    A high share price is the best outcome for this resolution.

    There may be a pump or at least support if the share price drops too much.

    If this is used wisely then I don't have a problem.

    It's also available to them at any time until next AGM (i.e. 12 months).
