Agree - this is somewhat hard to swallow. I believe the chairman should receive something as an incentive package. However, I find it hard to understand why the managing director and another non-executive director are allocated the options as shown in the AGM document. This is due to four reasons: HZR has no income streams yet; HZR has no formal binding agreements yet; HZR has not announced anything around the continuous operation of the PPP; and The managing director received a very generous cash bonus and share options earlier in the year. What are we rewarding?
