I was a PPP subscriber too and had received this recommendation to buy nearly 2 years back when it was 14c and saw it goes up to 50c within weeks before dropping back to 14 again.
It has taken a long time but I believe the time for ISX to shine starts from 2018 and we should see it in the 50s again by late 2018.
