I think a capital raising will probably send this company to the 20c range and just about end retail investor interest. Management probably lost us 5% on Tuesday by even seeking authorisation (I assume a leaky ship). I feel more negative now than I did at 38.5c, not that that is very far from the current SP. What happened to all our cash in the bank? Take on some debt for goodness sake. Do something to prove the management has something other than disdain for small holders.
