mmm..... interesting that asx listing rule 7.1A requires a market cap of less than 300 mill (on the date of the AGM), to be eligible for the additional 10% placement capacity. Might explain the "PANIC" sell down last year four weeks before the AGM. Dropped from 99 cents to 72 rather quickly. Its safe to say we wont be heading above 73 cents (300 mill cap) prior to this coming AGM in my opinion.
