What a circus this looks to be.

Taurus looking to appoint 2 further Directors (who WON'T be independent).

This will give Taurus a 4/3 majority over independent directors.

Better still the existing board has not been consulted on their appointment, Taurus (the bidder) just looks to have decided this (putting themselves first, second and third as per usual by the looks of it).

My votes probably count for nothing, but I won't be voting for it.

Is anyone able to go to the AGM to ask the tough questions? It's a bit far from Tassie.
