I notice that item 9 for voting on recommends that there is a share consolidation. Apparently this was signaled in some announcement on October 26th which I missed or over looked. Consolidation is on the basis of 115 current shares will be consolidated into 1 share. The usual "benefits" for consolidation are put forward in the notes. The effect will be a drop down from over 3 billion shares down to some 30 million and a "compensating" rise in share price.Consolidation only works if the shares then continue to rise in price. I have seen a number of consolidations with small cap companies where after consolidation the share price begins to drift down again and ends up at basically the same price as before consolidation. Great result. I would hope that MXR avoids that result if the AGM votes for consolidation.
