Boeing and FAA gave approval for SHM for aircraft using CVM technology on 22 December 2015.

Since then over the last three years, some of the directors and business associates have walked away with millions of dollars. AEM for example had approximately 7 million shares. Most sold for a massive profit before and after the 2016 conference call of the century.

This idea that directors do not get paid is poppycock!

All this free money being handed out like pop corn at your local cinema. Since 2015, retail investors have been railroaded into the ground like dead sheep. Most retail mum and dads work 50 to 60 hours a week earning peanuts compared to our lovely Directors who are always crying poor. "We dont get paid" Give us more!

Delta Airlines signs agreement with SMN in August 2017.
From this agreement it was indicated by management that there was a clause put in to make sure that Delta Airlines did not drag their feet! In otherwords "Get on with it" fitting CVM sensors in predetermined hotspots saving the airlines millions of dollars in downtime through loss revenue and at the same time "Saving lives" through undetectable cracks around the "hotspots" of the fuselage at 40 thousand feet.

No No No, we cant get the job done yet! We have more free shares to hand out. This time its to all our employees at AEM and SMN. C'mon guys get with the program. We dont care about our shareholders. Why do you think we have not had any presentations since the Delta Deal 2017?

We could save the company lots of money in wasted espenses.
We could be smarter in lots of areas. Staff expenses in reducing flights. Move office to central location. Save on wasted stationery expenses. Reduction in cost across the board etc etc.

Above all else, we could stop having conference calls of the century and stop indicating "End of year" . We could stop having EGM and stop indicating B757 coming in for maintenance service as of end of October 2018.
Only to get told by the end of September 2018 quarterly "Next Year" Which year is that? To answer that question read the terms above.

From my perspective "I do not believe anythink these guys say from now on" Until its in an official document from the ASX.
