certainly approaching the REM strike head on.
the performance rights conditions are interesting... basing it solely on SP IMO is a disaster, as it will incentivise potentially short term actions to be taken that simply spikes the SP. base it on profit and the SP will follow.
that said, the first target is 0.25 which would at least allow some normality to return (current NTA is still approx 0.16).
long term thesis still firmly in tact regardless.
